POWER WAR is an exponent card game for Grades 5–7 where each player flips two cards and decides which value should be the base and which should be the exponent. After both players reveal their choice, they evaluate the powers and compare results; the greater value wins the round. The decision about card order adds strategy because switching base and exponent can change the value dramatically.
