Terms of Service

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Teachers and school administrators are the intended users. Do not create accounts on behalf of students. Do not enter student names, student photos, or other confidential student information into any lesson content or free-text field.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Free Trial is limited to 3 lifetime lesson generations per account.
• Teacher plan is $7.99 per month and includes 15 full lesson generations per monthly billing period. Credits reset on the Teacher subscription renewal date. Unused generations do not roll over.
• School plan is $120 per classroom seat per year, with a 5-classroom minimum ($600 / year minimum). Each seat includes 50 lesson generations per monthly quota period.
• All subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Teacher plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. School plans cancel at the end of the annual term.
• No automatic refunds. Refund requests are reviewed individually and handled according to applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Official Rules, printable PDFs, or generated lessons outside your own classroom or the licensed School.
• Attempt to bypass entitlements, quotas, or authentication.
• Submit prompt-injection payloads, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the games catalog.

4. Intellectual property

Games, Official Rules, and printable PDFs are the intellectual property of MathFileFolderGames.com and its licensors, provided to subscribers under the terms of this service. Generated lesson content that a teacher edits or supplements remains subject to this agreement. Find a Math Game and its logo are trademarks of the operator.

5. AI-generated content

Lesson materials such as introductions, discussion questions, math talk, and adaptations are generated with the help of AI. AI content may contain errors and must be reviewed by a qualified educator before classroom use. Official Rules and Standards alignment references are never rewritten by AI.

6. Termination

You may cancel or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your subscription ends at the end of the current period and your saved data may be deleted after a reasonable retention window.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Find a Math Game is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law and dispute-resolution clauses to be finalized before public launch.
