S.A. Discovery

S.A. Discovery is a Grade 7 geometry game for finding the surface area of cubes and rectangular prisms. Players draw three cards to generate length, width, and height, sketch the resulting solid, and calculate its surface area. Equal dimensions create a cube, while different dimensions create a rectangular prism, so the same turn combines classification, drawing, and calculation.

Use it for partner or small-group review when students are learning surface-area formulas and nets.
