THE POWER OF 4

THE POWER OF 4 is a Grade 8 team race for solving multi-step equations. Each team works through a sequence of game boards, with four players assigned equation positions and a leader coordinating the group. Everyone solves simultaneously, then answers are brought together near the center of the board before the team moves on.

Use it for small-group or whole-class review when students are solving multi-step equations and need repeated practice under a collaborative structure.
