WHO HAS MY PAIR? is a Grade 8 equation chain game for solving multi-step equations. Teams divide a set of cards, one student reads the opening equation, and everyone solves independently. The player holding the card with that solution responds and then reads the next equation, continuing the chain until all 27 cards have been matched.
Use it for small-group or whole-class review when students are solving equations with several steps and need accurate work under time pressure. Because the next card depends on the current solution, one incorrect answer interrupts the chain immediately.
